This is the best lasagna I have ever had , it’s vegan and is so so good 😋
I actually like it better than having one with meat,
Boiled the lasagna noodles in salt water,
Chop onions garlic and mushrooms!
Fry garlic and onions first for 10 minutes,
then add the mushrooms fry for another five minutes,
add can of tomato purée which is 800 g,
Add your favorite seasoning
I added
Salt
Black pepper
Vegeta
Paprika
You need vegan cheddar cheese and vegan mozzarella cheese,
