We are still in Lent fasting till Easter
So I made this delicious vegan cookies,
They are so easy to make and they are delicious,
You can sprinkle it with powder sugar,
Or you can dip it in simple syrup!
I like it both ways!
P:S There is no sugar in the dough!
If you like to add sugar you can.

This Is The Recipe I Used
2 cups of oil
1 cup white wine
2 tsp baking powder
2 packs vanilla
4 kg and plus, to be a soft dough (Flour is needed)
2-3 tsp coco powder for 1/3 of the dough
For Dusting Powder Sugar
Simple Syrup
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup water
