In Macedonia ,in the village I was born it, I remember my dad will go and pick some mushrooms on the farm ,or in the mountains ,and bring them home ,and this is how my mom used to make it for us , it was so delicious 😋 So today i made it her way.
Wipe the mushrooms with wet paper towel Boil the mushrooms for a few minutes Taka them out.

Make The Gravy
1/2 cup oil
4 tbsp flour fry it till golden
1 cup sour cream
Mix it well
Add salt
Black pepper
Vegeta
Add the mushrooms
And fry everything together for 15 min
Parsley (optional)
