I always see everybody makes chicken marsala, but Iām thinking! why not make it with pork, and I did that,
and it came out very very good!
I took it to my church and everybody enjoyed itš

This is how I prepared it you can buy boneless thin pork chops or like me just buy the whole pork loin and cut them in thin slices!

Add salt ,
Black pepper,
Vegeta,
and paprika.
Ā
On the side in one bowl add flour,
in another bowl eggs mixed with milk,
I did 4 eggs because I made more 30 pieces,
In the third ball add Italian breadcrumbs
and Panko, mix it together

Take the meat and dip it,
first in the flour
second eggs mixture
then breadcrumbs
Ā
and fried in hot oil 3-4 min on each side
Ā
Marsala gravy!
Mushrooms fry it in oil
add 1 tablespoon of flour
1 cup of marsala wine
2 cups heavy cream
or milk or half-and-half,
fry it together till it thickens!
and add your pork in it.
