This fish has so many vitamins and minerals,
and it’s delicious,
this is how I made it !
I marinate it with
salt
Vegeta
and paprika
I let it stay overnight,
you can leave it for a few hours also,
you can add lemon juice or wine to it to marinate it
I didn’t !
Dip the fish in flour !
Fried in hot oil which you add half a teaspoon of paprika,
the paprika gives it better taste !
Fry it five minutes on each side, till get golden brown color
and transfer it to a baking pan and bake it in the oven for another 20 minutes On 400°
Decorated with a slice of lemons
I also made fish gravy,
I used the same oil where I fry the fish,
Add 4 to 5 garlic cloves fry it little bit,
and add 3 to 4 tablespoons of flour, fry it till the flour gets golden brown,
Add hot water to it, just be careful from the steam when you pour !
