Do not knead it again
Take pieces and make balls ,I made mine 40 g you can do yours how big you wanna it,
Make the Kifli and let them rise
Brush it with egg and sesame seeds on top
Bake it at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes
Or till golden ! When you take them out of the oven, brush them with unsalted butter when they’re still hot
You can fill this Kifli with , feta cheese and egg how I did it,
you can also fill it with jam or Nutella, you can leave them plain also, Instead of sesame seeds you can put salt on it or everything bagel seasoning
These are my specialty croissants which I make them this way,
and they are soft and delicious
