Easter is over ,today is the third day
may God bless all of you and hope to celebrate next year better than this year 

So why waste the colored boiled eggs ,let’s make egg salad is a appetizer ,it’s traditional Macedonian recipe !

Just peel the shells from the eggs
cut them in pieces ,
put them in a big bowl or on a plate ,
sprinkle it with salt ,
add olive oil ,
wine vinegar ,
and top it off with a good Macedonian paprika
or whatever paprika you have

And enjoy it it’s so delicious
