So why waste the colored boiled eggs ,let’s make egg salad is a appetizer ,it’s traditional Macedonian recipe !
Just peel the shells from the eggs
cut them in pieces ,
put them in a big bowl or on a plate ,
sprinkle it with salt ,
add olive oil ,
wine vinegar ,
and top it off with a good Macedonian paprika
or whatever paprika you have
And enjoy it it’s so delicious
